Claims Management Officers - Motor & Property - Southern Suburbs Brisbane

$37.12 p/h + super | 3 month contract | Full-time hours | Hybrid working

Randstad is actively recruiting Claims Management Officers for Motor and Property Claims with immediate starts available on December 10th or December 15th.

Each year, Queensland experiences severe weather events that increase the demand for experienced and compassionate customer service professionals to support motor and property claims teams.

About the Role

This is not a typical customer service role, you’ll be managing inbound calls helping customers navigate through the claims process.

You’ll play a crucial role in:

• Triaging claims and deploying emergency services when required to minimise losses
• Participating in ongoing coaching and training to enhance claims outcomes and customer experience
• Supporting additional tasks as directed by your manager

Role Details

• Contract: 3 months (full-time, 38 hours per week) potential for extension
• Pay: $37.12 p/h + super
• Must be able to pass a police check
• Start Dates: December 10th or December 15th
• Rostered environment:
• Monday to Friday – 7.5 hours per day between 7am and 7pm
• or
• Saturday, Sunday and 3 weekdays between 7am and 7pm
